- Payment timing
The first fee is charged when you subscribe to the Pro plan after the 14-day free trial. It is then charged automatically on each monthly renewal date.
- Delivery
Available immediately after registration (the Pro plan immediately after the payment is completed).
- Returns and cancellation
Because this is a digital service, payments cannot be refunded.
You can cancel at any time from "Plan & billing" in the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal. After cancelling, the Pro plan remains available until the end of the paid period.
- System requirements
The latest Chrome, Safari or Edge; also available through the iPhone app (beta). Recording requires microphone permission in the browser or on the device.
- Subscription terms
The Pro plan is an automatically renewing subscription of ¥1,980 per month (tax included). Unless you cancel, it renews every month and the fee is charged to the registered credit card.
Cancel at any time from "Plan & billing" in the app → Stripe customer portal. No refund is given for the remainder of a period when you cancel part-way through it.
